the event dat i personally sought awid a lv of anticipation not felt in a long while turned out to b a disappointment...well, of some sorts...since the bmt pop parade, not alot of parents turned up for the event and the parade was not wid excitement not as high as the prev time in the bmt pop parade itself...

its also been awhile since all the sec coms woke up at 0530...dats the time onli 1 or 2 will b awake to take on the role of a duty sgt...preparatiosn were mediocre since it was us who did more of the wk in the end...its like, all were about area cleaning!!

the folks flowed in at round half an hr beore the start of the parade (which actualli started 15 min later...)...they come realli slowly in small grps...gives dat kind of illusion dat the folks r not comin at all...

the parade went smoothly widout any much errors...u gonna owe it to the csm who were busi coordinatin the whole thing frm the start...in the part whr the parents came forward to don the berets and badges, i came to help my pnr 1 put on his...well, dat help me feel some of my pride as a sec com...i mingled wid some of the pnrs' parents (to purposely kill some time since i find myself useless wid the other sec coms, wid whom i had notin much to yak bout)...by the time dos guys left, we were left wid some fatigue wk to finish off before callin it a dae...

yup, pretty uneventful, in my op, but to me, dats the beginnin of our 'sufferin'...i mean, i nvr seen 1 outcamp evr 2 wks!...i'm realli lookin towards june!
