Near Death
well...some time since i last posted...i went to pe juz now for 5 rounds around wad IJC famously call the 'teletubby hill'...totalling round 4.8km...well, most ppl well find dis a breeze, but for ppl like me, finishing the 'simple' task is painful, yet miraculously possible...the stages of the pains of running can b described as follows:
1) Yr soles start to feel flat, with a tinge of pain...more irritation than pain...
2) The irritation in both yr soles starts to itensify, creating slowly but surely amount of pain with every step...
3) U feel a sour sore in whr the area below yr right lung was...the sore became more painful as u ran longer...
4) Yr concentration begun to dim...running straight began to b a problem as u struggle to clear yr mind of the indescribable whirl of sub-conciousness building up in yr brain...
5) U feel a pain in the area whr yr lungs r...it feels as if yr organs r squashed together and compressed...breathing became painful as u continue to lose yr conciousness...
oh well, i still alive rite now...hahaha...by the time i finished, i thought i bout to collaspe & begone...but, after some rest, all dos symptoms slowly vanished...except some annoying blisters...wads mentioned above is REAL...so, young readers, b careful when u run...try too hard, and u might b wiped out...i'm not kidding bout dis...
