The Hell of a Test and Extra Lessons
Argh! I felt like digging my own graveyard after a very hectic day of tests in the Summer Test (ST). Although General Paper was a more doable task, Chinese was hell. Imagine spending three hours back-to-back doing two papers while all the while, exhaustion is coming over you. That was stupid and I wish I were doing the ‘O’ Levels again.
After the ST, a couple of my classmates and I went to witness the 2nd Innovian Parliament Investiture (Yes, it sound really fancy and weird, this Parliament thing). For 2 hours, I ached in my seat while watching CCA leaders, counsellors and chairmen walk up on stage and receive badges from our Vice-Principal. At the end of the whole investiture, the only thing that still lingers on my mind is a good rush to the nearest food stall for a good old cup of drink…I’m thirsty! Haha, silly me. =)
Well the June holidays have begun but the learning journey is anything but over. We still have to return to school for a darn lot of extra lessons and lectures to up to 5pm! Heck, I am still not used to this kind of schedules! I pity Jeremy too; he has to go to school daily at 7am for his TAF club training!
Hope everyone will have a good break this holidays. I will meanwhile keep updating on what’s going on at IJC this holidays. Be seeing u!
